The climatisation of the house will be managed by the
independently developed and tested
'house within house' principle (see the "BASIC CONCEPT") involving a simple design-related solution which allows a natural and
flexible living with low operational costs
The current
design ensures A LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION: 23 kwh/m2/y
CO2 emissions in terms of operation is zero
